Store Pickup Orders: Please allow our team 3 hours to process your store pickup order. For weekend orders, we kindly ask you to wait until after noon on Monday before picking up your online order. Pickup orders must be $25 or more.
Shipping Orders: For the cheapest shipping rates, choose a commercial address as your “Ship To” address. LTL Freight Shipments: Ship to a commercial address to avoid extra fees and simplify unloading. Use locations such as a feed store or vet clinic with business hours and a forklift/dock. Residential deliveries, including farms, will be curbside drops.
Local Delivery Orders: Please provide a good contact phone number for a staff member to call and schedule your delivery. Our staff will contact you within a few business days. For local delivery orders needing a fork lift a paved, flat surface is required for delivery, as we cannot unload on uneven surfaces such as gravel, grass, dirt.
