Store Pickup Orders: Please allow our team 3 hours to process your store pickup order. For weekend orders, we kindly ask you to wait until after noon on Monday before picking up your online order.
Shipping Orders: For the cheapest shipping rates, choose a commercial address as your “Ship To” address. LTL Freight Shipments: Ship to a commercial address to avoid extra fees and simplify unloading. Use locations such as a feed store or vet clinic with business hours and a forklift/dock. Residential deliveries, including farms, will be curbside drops.
Local Delivery Orders: Please provide a good contact phone number for a staff member to call and schedule your delivery. Our staff will contact you within a few business days. For local delivery orders needing a fork lift a paved, flat surface is required for delivery, as we cannot unload on uneven surfaces such as gravel, grass, dirt.
