Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from the store.
Our delivery coordinator will contact you to set up your delivery date once your order is placed.
We cannot hold delivery orders beyond the scheduled time frame.
Local delivery rates include up to 5 ton of wood pellets.
Please contact the store if you need more than 5 tons.
Please note that a paved, flat surface is required for delivery, as we cannot unload on uneven surfaces (gravel, grass, etc). Our delivery team can roll your pallet to a requested location, but they cannot carry wood pellets inside your home.
For customers choosing to pick up their wood pellets, please visit the store during business hours and our team will be happy to assist you.
Wood pellets must be picked up at time of purchase, and we are unable to hold orders for future pickup.
